2012 RATES:
INDOOR: Based on 10' x 10' booth area
| 1 to 5 units | $650.00 each + G.S.T. |
| 6 or more units | $590.00 each + G.S.T. |
Units include standard power. |
OUTDOOR: Based on 20' x 40' booth area
| Per unit: | $580.00 each + G.S.T. |

BOOKING TERMS:
The 2012 exhibitor area size (not location) will be reserved in trust until midnight March 15, 2012. After that date, space will be allocated on a first come first-served basis. Agri-Trade management reserves the right to place all exhibitors in the 2012 show. Applications sent in without the proper financial remittances will be returned to the applicant and will not be considered as an “official application” until payment is received. N.S.F. cheques or invalid credit cards will result in immediate cancellation of any space reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Full payment plus full G.S.T. on bookings totaling less than $10,000.00 must accompany all contracts to reserve 2012 exhibitors indoor and /or outdoor space. Bulk space bookings exceeding $10,000 or more with G.S.T. included require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due and payable by September 2nd, 2012. Any contracts not paid in full by this date will be considered delinquent with no refunds applicable. Reserved space will be reassigned. There will be no exceptions.
NOTE: Accounts totaling $30,000.00 or more with G.S.T. included must be settled by cheque. Credit card transactions in this case will not be permitted.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Corporate names and booth locations will be published in our show guide. Corporate names, website addresses and business categories will be included on our website: www.agri-trade.com. Please inform our office of any changes. The list of Agri-Trade exhibitors is released only under the following conditions: to other exhibitors (corporate names and booth locations, in hard copy only); to comply with any statutory requirements; for Agri-Trade endorsed surveys; and to the publisher of our show guide (corporate names, contact information, categorical listings and booth locations, in electronic format).

EXHIBITOR OPERATING INFORMATION
EXHIBITORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING AGRI-TRADE REGULATIONS:
No smoking in any trade show pavilions.
Dispensing of coffee, food products or beverages in booth display areas is strictly prohibited.
Food product companies, not conflicting with the Westerner concession products, must receive written permission from Agri-Trade show management to sell products or provide product samples.
Any damage to items moving in or out of the show caused by forklift handling shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The show management, show officers or facility management and their employees and agents will not be liable for replacement or repairs to said items.
AGRI-TRADE EXHIBITOR BADGES:
The following policy is in effect regarding the issuing of complimentary Exhibitor Badges:
With reference to inside space:
One to three 10 x 10 units – maximum of 4 complimentary exhibitor badges
Four to eight 10 x 10 units – maximum of 6 complimentary exhibitor badges
Nine to sixteen 10 x 10 units – maximum of 8 complimentary exhibitor badges
Seventeen to twenty five 10 x 10 units – maximum of 10 complimentary exhibitor badges
Twenty-six + 10 x 10 units – maximum of 15 complimentary badges
With reference to outside space:
One to two 20 x 40 units – maximum of 2 complimentary exhibitor badges
Three to six 20 x 40 units – maximum of 4 complimentary exhibitor badges
Seven + 20 x 40 units – maximum of 6 complimentary exhibitor badges
Exhibitors using a combination of inside and outside space may use their total space occupied to calculate the number of complimentary Exhibitor Badges they are entitled to.
Additional Exhibitor Badges in any given show year may be obtained at a per unit cost of $15.00 each including GST.
A service to purchase additional exhibitor badges will be provided by the Agri-Trade / Red Deer Chamber of Commerce office prior to show move-in or at the show during move-in days. The purchase of additional badges during show days will have to be directed to the Agri-Trade / Red Deer Chamber of Commerce office.
FIRE REGULATIONS:
Fire regulations prohibit the use of any kind of bales or other potential fire hazard within the buildings. Roofed buildings are also prohibited inside the pavilions as they block the sprinkler system from operating efficiently should an emergency occur. If you are concerned about anything you are planning to display, please contact show management.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Exhibitors cancelling before May 1st will be charged 20% of the total space rental amount. Exhibitors cancelling before September 1st (but after May 1st) will be charged 50% of the total space rental amount. Exhibitors cancelling after SEPTEMBER 1st will forfeit any space payments or deposits and will be moved to the wait list category for the next year’s show. Notice of cancellation must be received at the Agri-Trade Administration Office in writing. Booth downsizing will be considered a full cancellation, exhibitors will be required to provide written notice of cancellation and submit a new application for re-rental of space.
